Service could be more better with proper information and assistance. When I visited there was only one person was attending all the customers. Though it was second last hour of closing time but there should have more than one person to attend the customers as they were good in number.

It is actually the best airline currently in Bangladesh. However, their service and timing not up to the mark now. Flight delays. And even they did not apologize for the delay now

They are really good at service. We got very nice service for our trip from booking tickets till the end of our trip. Despite recent incident (Nepal), we'd like to use the use the airline for future trips.
