My Experience with UY Lab’s Data Entry Course (Mentor: Riyad Mahbub, Batch 2508) -Unresponsive Mentor: Despite repeatedly reaching out via text, phone, and email, I received no support when facing problems. - Class Access Issues: Many times I couldn’t join the Google Meet link for class . I also faced difficulty submitting an assignment, and even after contacting the mentor, I received no help. - Poor Class Management: The mentor often forgot what was taught in previous classes, stretched the same topic unnecessarily across multiple sessions, and skipped important modules such as copy-paste basics and Canva. - Neglect of Students: Even after raising these issues during class, I was told to contact him separately, but he never followed up. It felt like non-gold members were ignored. -Broken Promises: He assured us that after completing the course, we would receive lifetime support. However, whenever I tried to reach him after finishing my course, he did not respond at all. - Unresponsive Institution: I also complained to UY Lab via email, but they did not respond. I am sharing this publicly so future students can make an informed decision before enrolling.

UY Lab is one of the best IT learning platform in Bangladesh. They are trying to provide Best Quality and i think they are successful in it. My learning experience is very satisfying. I have been learning Graphic Design (basic-advance) from UY Lab & our mentor Asit Paul it has been a great experience. He is a very thoughtful teacher who puts a lot of thought into how he presents the material. His lessons were engaging and valuable, and he was very patient with everyone in class always encouraging his students to try. I highly recommend this institute to anyone interested in learning.
