The plug-ins are amazing, useful tools for elementor sites, that been said, their customer service could get an upgrade, the subscription renewal system always seem to double bill what you need. it's the second year I had to complaint of been charge double on our CC, You get to deal with their tickets system to keep sending you left & right with no real answers on the matter, for that only reason I suggest other plugs-in, with legitimate business work ethics. it's unfortunate because the tool they make is actually essential and it works well.

Purchased their Elementor package and then realized that I could not use it. I asked for a refund but have gotten the run around now for a few weeks. One agent said it was submitted for refund and several days later another agent states that they just now submitted it. Fast forward more days and they say that it was refunded on the original date of my request. When I have emailed them they seem to ignore me and also cannot provide a transaction number for my refund request. BE CAUTIOUS.... THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE OR THEIR STATED REFUND POLICY. My next step is to file a formal complaint here in the USA with the United States Attorney General's Office for investigation of this Bangladesh company.

Bought their product - Elementor essential addons. Activated. Doesn't work. Contacted support, created 3 tickets. No one responded. The premium account includes "world class support from our dedicated team, 24/7", which is not true. No support at all. Contacted through Facebook messenger to get support. No response, just ignorance. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
