All reviews submitted on Bipony go through manual moderation before being publicly visible.
Moderation Process:
- Review is submitted by a logged-in user
- Review status is set to Pending
- Bipony moderators manually check the review for:
- Spam or automated behavior
- Fake or misleading claims
- Intentional harm or reputation damage
- Conflicts of interest
- After review:
- Approved reviews are published
- Rejected reviews remain unpublished
Bipony reserves the right to approve, reject, or request clarification for any review. No review becomes publicly visible until it is approved by an admin.

6. One Review Per Company Rule
Each user can submit only one review per company.

If a user wants to update their experience, they may edit their original review instead of posting a new one (if the system allows).
