I had a facial and haircut session with Sree Poritosh Chandra Mojumdar (Niloy) at the Gulshan branch. He was calm, professional, and very skilled. The facial process was done step by step with proper care. The salon feels very organized and premium. I especially noticed how fresh and clean everything looked. The overall service was smooth and relaxing.

I went to the salon with my father on 24 February. The experience was mixed. The barber who cut my father's hair was very professional (a middle-aged, shorter man), and my father had a good haircut. But I had a completely opposite experience with the barber who cut my hair. Firstly, when I tried to show a video from my previous barber, he didn’t pay any attention to it. He cut the right side of my hair and showed me, which I said was okay. But when he cut the left side, it didn’t match the right side and was uneven. I didn’t notice it properly at first. Then when I told him to only trim the top side of my beard, he cut the bottom part and ruined the beard completely. On top of that, he applied hot oil to my hair without even mentioning that it would be an extra charge. It was close to iftaar time, so we didn’t say much and just left. But to charge such a high price (we paid 3,800 BDT) and deliver a horrible haircut with such unprofessional service is not acceptable. DO BETTER.

I went there to give it a try even though they had mixed reviews, and it was a disaster. I told the receptionist to recommend a good barber as I never went there before, and I showed the barber a reference video, and asked him if he had any questions, he didn't even say anything just proceeded to cut my hair without any acknowledgement. When he was done cutting my hair, I told him maybe this part doesn't look right, maybe that part is wrong, and he started saying that he improvised it to make it look better. And now after coming back home looking at my hair it just feels like he has completely ruined my hair and it just seems like I went to a low tier barber shop who are just extremely entitled and giving such a bad service and charging premium for it is absolutely unacceptable because you are getting an even worse service than your local barber shop. The only thing good there was the receptionist's behaviour. Otherwise, utter disaster!

This was one of the worst services I have experienced recently. They charge a huge amount, but the service quality is extremely poor. The staff are not professional at all, and the overall experience was very disappointing. Considering the high service charge, the quality they provide is simply unacceptable. Not recommend

I will give this place five stars because of the Barber named JOY he gave me great service. He was referred to me by my friend, rageeb he takes his time and gives me quality haircuts and actually listens to what I need. Highly suggest Barber. Haircuts came with a complimentary shampoo
