1. We initially requested room decoration, and the hotel staff agreed, even showing us some samples. After we shared our own ideas, they quoted 7000 BDT, which seemed unreasonable. When we asked for a simpler setup instead, they refused outright, and their response came off as quite rude. 2. The hotel room itself was nice and clean, and the location in Banani is convenient. Housekeeping was prompt and maintained cleanliness well. However, the listing on Agoda stated that the room would have a "Lake View," but in reality, it was a city view. 3. We encountered an issue with the plumbing—black water was coming out of the shower, push spray, and sink, which seemed to be due to a leak. 4. The fitness center was poorly equipped. Several machines were either minimal or non-functional. 5. On a positive note, the breakfast was good, and the serving hours (6:30 AM to 10:30 AM) were convenient. Final thoughts: While we are not entirely dissatisfied with our stay, we’re unlikely to return for a second visit. The way the room decoration request was handled felt unreasonable and unprofessional.

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Hotel I had a fully paid booking through Agoda, but when I arrived, the receptionist claimed they don’t work with Agoda and couldn’t find my reservation. I showed all the proof, but they still turned me away, forcing me to look for another hotel at midnight. After nearly an hour, they suddenly called to say they had found my booking—completely unacceptable. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional, treating me like I was staying for free. I felt unwelcome and disrespected throughout the ordeal. Avoid this hotel if you want a smooth, stress-free stay. Not worth the hassle.

Best value for money, rooms are clean, very well behaved and respectful staff. Service is also very swift. Breakfast was top notch. Gained a permanent customer. Will visit again.

Great value for the money. Hotels in dhaka are a bit overpriced, yet after hours if booked online seems to be a fair deal. The breakfast buffet is yummy, room is comfy and quiet. I am pleased to choose this place

Really nice little hotel. Reception staff were super friendly. Room we stayed in was nicely designed. The buffet breakfast was also good. The location is a few mins away from gulshan avenue and generally in a nice part of dhaka.
