Recently we have visited Nepal through Akashbari Holidays. Nawshin vaiya has arranged a private package for our seven persons. Their arrangement was excellent. We have enjoyed very much in Nepal without any hassle. Specialy thanks to Nawshin vaiya for his nice co-operation. Best of luck Akashbari Holidays, best of luck Nawshin vaiya. I will highly recommendate to choose a tour package with Akasbari Holidays through Nawshin vaiya.

I had my tour package customized by akashbari ( Maldives and Sri Lanka tour). Nowsin Neer vaiya assisted me for this tour. He did excellent job .... He was very humble and tried to give everything that I required . He was always available .....which is a good thing .....Keep up the good work neer vaiya ..... I highly recommend akashbari that too neer vaiya ❤️

This pleas one of the best trip I ever had with excellent hotels and a fantastic guide who kept us occupied throughout the trip. Thanks to Nur Naby Nowshin for suggesting me this trip and helping me through all the documentation which was really easy. I hope Akashbari will keep on arranging such trips.

We went to perform Umrah in a group of 12. Akasbari was suppose to provide 5 star accomodation in Mekkah. They have converted the double/triple bedroom into four bed with addition of hospital type of bed that made the room very congested even movement was totally restricted. Only one bath/wash/toilet made the condition more worse for the four people. The hotel authority had nothing to do since the Akashbari rented vilas and made the contract to add additional bed in each room. In one room was full of furiture with one dinning table either six chairs. The Medina the room size was hardly 9.5 x 15 feet to accomodate 4 bed where there was no scope to even keep the luggages. In fact it was a unique accommodation in a non-star hotel. Even after several communication with the GM of Akashbari, nothing could be changed. The guides are not cooperative and in Medina we couldn’t see the face of the tour guide. I will never recommend Akashbari for availing Umrah packages. Never.

They have a customer service representative named Shovon who sits at their Banani branch. He is the worst customer service person I have ever encountered; no company should hire someone so rude and mannerless. People like him are a shame to the hospitality business. I asked him about a trip package, but he couldn’t describe anything properly. Instead, he raised his voice and behaved very unprofessionally. Employees like him are a threat to any business. Akashbari should handle these situations more professionally.
