One of the worst service we've ever received! They mentioned that all tile designs are available after we made our choice, returned home, and came back the next day to place the order, they said 90% of them are unavailable in their godown and it'd take a month for them to restock, time is precious so we chose from the very limited options they offered, we needed 20 pieces of tiles, within few hours they sent out the tiles, my mom half opened the boxes and was satisfied, until at night, when the workers arrived they opened the tile boxes, we found 4 broken tiles sandwiched between 2 other tiles, they're completely unusable, when we called them, we called them, they blamed us and said they can't help because there's no more in their godown and hung up, later when our workers dug deeper into the boxes they found 2 unrelated cream coloured tiles that we didn't order! So 6 out of the 20 were completely trash. 2 of the wrong tiles and 4 were broken. We're not sure if the delivery man accidentally damaged the product or if the people from the godown just purposefully shoved their rejected products in there but we're certain that we're never and I mean NEVER purchasing from this company again, how can such a reputable brand scam people like this, they don't negotiate the price and all so they HAVE repay us with service right? Their attitude is completely garbage and they're extremely ignorant, please don't buy from these arrogant people! There are more tile shops who displays the same designs but their products are actually available and cheaper, meanwhile these rubbish people can't even provide the bare minimum. This is a very long rant but it had to be said, I don't care if you were received good service from them in the past, they're very awful now. Please dont go there!

I visited your Banglamotor exclusive display centre yesterday. Staffs were very reluctant to serve the customers, they were kind of lazy and not welcoming, no smile ,remained busy with their own cellphone and personal gossiping. Very much disappointed. Never had such experience anywhere. Looked like the staffs can't enjoy their job at all.

A newly established show room in elites area which is real class of its type in other areas. Very nice and ambient environment created by Akij latest products.

A very well decorated experience center of Akij Ceramics Ltd. A wide range of tiles are displayed in a very creative manner. Tiles are displayed in many model(dummy) bathrooms which helps customers to visualize the practical look (how they would look when they are installed). Price is reasonable considering the quality and variation of the products. For customers' better understanding they have a Virtual Reality Experience facility also.
