It was a best experience at Amari. Most friendly and helpful staff ever, lovely and great first impression of this hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish with excellent service in where we had dinner 😉 Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.

Loved the dine in experience in there. Specially their breakfast items are so fullfilling compared to the price. We got the B1G1 offer, even better 😁 And their staff are so well behaved and amiable. Service is also top notch 💯

I visited for a official purpose therefore can't review for the room service but the hospitality was good. Their location is also in a very prominent place. Food was good specially recommended their fish curry's and the dessert was also mouthwatering. They have a Good environment for a official conferences. But unfortunately their prayer place is not so well. This placed in underground.

The place is amazing.... Food was good... They are very friendly..... Their behaviour is good... I arrange a mother's day evening for my baby and his mother.... They are soo much happy..... We enjoyed the evening.......

Stayed couple of nights on my way from Sydney to ctg. There was an ongoing offer which mentioned 2 free drinks (beer) and 2k worth spa voucher for each night. While checking in the staff denied about the offer but when I showed him the fb post he said he could give me a voucher for the drinks and spa for one night only! Even though I stopped drinking, it felt like they’re denying me of my rights (dude tried to check me in empty handed and later gave me vouchers when I caught him red handed but one night only!) Room was okayish. The safety locker was faulty but the worst part was the TV. I felt like I’m back to 2010 since the tv was a normal led tv with dish box🤣 Had a pizza at their rooftop and even though it was mentioned in the staycation package that I’m entitled to have a 10% discount on food only they denied that one too 😅 total ripoff . Not visiting again
