Ever since I wanted to get married, I wished to be a red traditional bride. I grew up watching those romantic Bollywood movies where the bride wears red with a complete traditional touch. Being an International flight attendant it was one of the easiest task for me to go to India to grab the dreamiest red outfit for my wedding. Unfortunately, during my wedding because of the political situation, I was restricted to visit India. I was so upset thinking about the collections that we see in the Bangladeshi shops. Those boring velvet fabric and a lot of glitter works and on top of that a price that is a complete waste of money, all these thoughts were haunting me because I had only one month to shop for my wedding. Then I visited Anzara. Their collection is very classy, sober and unique. Most importantly it’s all their own designs, so no copy products and a lot of options to choose from. I found my dreamy perfect red lehenga there. I am grateful ❤️

They have an incredible collection of bridal and festive wear, specifically curated for women. The designs do a great job of blending modern trends with traditional grace, so every piece feels unique. While the dresses are definitely "pricey", we are really happy with the quality and the service we received. Thanks. ❤️

I have shopped from this brand several times in the past and recently sent my husband to make another purchase. Unfortunately, despite the premium pricing, the customer service was extremely disappointing. My husband had difficulty deciding on colors and wanted to get my opinion, as I was in the USA at the time. However, he was not allowed to take photos of the items to share with me before placing the order, which made the decision-making process unnecessarily difficult. Even after the order was placed, the staff still refused to allow him to take any photos, stating that the clothing had yet to be stitched. In addition, the store assured him that the clothing would be ready by 12:00 PM on a given date, as he had a flight later that night. Unfortunately, the order was not ready as promised, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. For a well-known brand that charges premium prices, this level of service is unacceptable. Customers should not have to deal with such poor service and lack of professionalism. Very disappointing and not appreciated at all.

I texted regarding a product availability in their facebook page. As they were not replying, I went to their store and they said the product is out of stock. I just chose different dresses and they said they all come in just 1 size and they don't have my size for most. The dupatta was missing from a set (and they had no idea about it and searched for 15mins) and then they got a new set from the warehouse, there was a 4 inch size difference between the two. Therefore, 2 different sizes just in my hand. While I was almost done purchasing the product in the counter, I get the text from their fb page after almost 8 hrs saying that they have the product (that the store said is out of stock) and I can do bkash to get it delivered. I am not sure if they aren't trained regarding products or they are just too busy just standing to do their job. Product information also needs to be consistent among staffs and platforms. If customers are paying premium price, they deserve premium customer service as well not inconsistency in words, unnecessary attitude, zero desire to help customers, negligible knowledge regarding products and services.
