I stayed here for 2 nights before my flight, and it was a great experience! The guest house is very secure and conveniently close to Dhaka International Airport. The room was comfortable and definitely worth the money. The owner was super friendly and welcoming, which made me feel at home. I also really appreciated how clean and well-maintained everything was. Highly recommended if you need a place near the airport!

The arrangement is fairly good considering the price. However, there are a few points worth mentioning—there is no provision for drinking water in the room, so it has to be brought from outside, which is somewhat inconvenient. There was also no waste bin or soap in the room, which are generally expected amenities. Additionally, the bathroom water had a slight odor, although it was within a tolerable range. With a few small improvements, the overall experience could be much better.

I stayed at Appayan Guest House in Baridhara and liked the clean rooms and peaceful area. Service was friendly and check-in was easy. Would recommend for short stays.

Am I in a wrong place to ask about the cleanliness of the washroom they are providing!? I simply asked about it and they were like we're running an International business how can you ask such questions, you can't question about it etc etc. From their pov they are super busy and we customer's are like passing our time calling and booking their hotel rooms. Such rubbish behavior.

Actually, the day I booked my hotel I didn't mention the arrival date. So, I disturbed the owner at 6 AM but I should mention the arrival time. So, it's true he should get angry and disturbed. By the way, at the beginning of the day I thought it was a risky place because I argued with the owner about the pricing and he misbehaved with me. By the way, the owner came and met me. After meeting I understand he isn't a bad man. He is. A good man. The room was good. The location is quite complicated but not that much because there is no banner that you can identify the location easily. By the way, you can follow the Google map. Overall it was a mixed experience, started with bad and ended with good.
