I visited a resort in Bangladesh after a very long years with my family and I must say this resort was way beyond my expectation. I once visited a resort in Geneva, Switzerland and the sky view cottages was giving me the same experience. The room was clean, spacious and with a scenic view. The food was amazing. We had bangla menu in lunch and Chinese food in dinner. And the taste was amazing. If you are looking for a getaway from the busy life, this resort with a scenic view would be a great choice. I will visit again whenever I will come to Bangladesh.

The staffs of reception is too much unprofessional. They were showing lame excuses which was so funny, they need training. Food was average. But they won't provide glasses, spoons, forks while serving food as its not in their service. After asking about the glass they replied they don't provide glass as they are giving water bottle. We had to ask for everything. Not a good experience at all.

Good views and architecture, horrible service, smelly rooms, delayed lunch, mediocre basic food (your mom probably cooks better at home, be it the Chinese then Bangla menue). The staff behaves as if we are unwanted visitors at their mamabari. Only go if you want to experience a total buzzkill for a holiday.

Posh Interior Design

The overall experience with family was the worst. We had to go through unbearable slangs after our lunch as one of the customers were too much anxious about their service, and all the elderly people with us had to listen to unimaginable slangs from an irritated client of theirs. Secondly their food service is horrible. Thirdly room service is like a 200tk per night roadside hotel. We returned home with our damaged clothes that were stained from their swimming pool paved area. The resort claims to be eco resort, yes they have cars all the way parked right Infront of your face, and they have rats above their ceiling, maybe thats why they want to call it eco resort just to ignore the fact that they cant manage if there are more than 4 guests in their resort cause they have 4 staff all total who are unimaginably unprofessional. Waste of money.
