Very disappointing experience. The store's page is extremely unprofessional, and the moderator was rude and seemed to have no knowledge of their own inventory. My order was initially confirmed, and after three days, I was even informed that it was already in the delivery process. However, after waiting six days, I was suddenly told that the product was actually out of stock. This kind of poor communication and lack of coordination is unacceptable. It's frustrating to waste a customer's time by providing false updates instead of being honest from the beginning. On top of that, the moderator's behavior was unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills. I would not recommend this store unless they improve their inventory management and train their staff to communicate with customers respectfully and accurately.
