If you have enough time in your life to waste, then go to this place. Even healthy people will get sick just by waiting here. They are so lazy and unprofessional. You have to wait 3–4 hours or even more. The place is too congested, I don’t understand how they serve people. I’ve visited many clinics but never faced this kind of waiting time anywhere... If you go there at 8am ..You will still have to wait 2–3 hours before anything starts. Yet they insist you must come at 8am. It’s not even like they have 100 patients...This place doesn’t even have enough space for that....

Today (Sunday, 9 june 2024) I called Aurora Skin & Aesthetics for an emergency appointment for my 12-month-old niche. Despite being a skin specialized hospital, I was shocked to hear that there was no skin doctor available today. When I asked if it was their weekend, they said no, it was a regular working day. How can a skin hospital not have a skin doctor on duty during a regular working day? This is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about their reliability and service quality. Very disappointed with this experience!

I am getting treatment since 2021 for vitiligo problem at this Center and found a tremendous result, even almost 75% recorded meanwhile. Grateful to Allah first, thereafter the whole team of aurora skin & aesthetics at Panthapath, Dhaka.
