The hotel is owned by reputed Ispahani Group. The location is very convenient. Rooms are big, spacious but some reforms are needed. Behavious of reception people does not goes with the reputation. Not bad but not so welcoming. Breakfast needs to be improved.

A moderate hotel for budget friendly travellers. This is a mid range hotel, very ideally located in the heart of the oxygen filled CRB area.

Rooms are very spacious, also bathrooms are big, but very old hotel. They offer buffet breakfast and car parking facility is also limited. Lobby AC is not working in reception area, so if you have any guest they will suffer to wait. If you plan to stay here request to check best western heritage.

This is one of my favourite hotels in Chittagong. I try to stay here every time I visit Chittagong. Rooms a huge, very clean, excellent service, great location (for me). However, their breakfast menu is really frustrating compared to the overall standard and service. Should have been much much better. Room fares are very reasonable by the way.

It's a beautiful hotel. Do not judge by the outside look. We always book for guests and they love staying there. Recommended if you are in Chattogram. Location, rooms and service - all are perfect. Downstairs is the Pitstop restaurant and bakery. All in one place.
