Exteemely bad peoples are running this hotel. They are worst kind of people who will do anything to steal your money. You are not safe here at all. Stay away from this so called hotel

WARNING! The hotel owners are scammers! They openly stole my money! I even had to write a statement to the police! Shocking story! don't repeat my mistakes - Never check in to this hotel! We booked the hotel for a month. When we arrived at the reception we had to pay $1000. We paid by card. The man who accepted the payment initially wrote the wrong amount on the machine. We pointed this out to him. He took the device, corrected the amount, said that everything is correct now and asked to enter the PIN code. After entering the PIN code, an amount 10 times larger was debited from the card. They took 10 000$. We immediately noticed this, pointed out the error and asked to make a refund and reject the payment. But Old man (one of the owners) said that they would not reject the operation and that they need to wait until the money arrive in their account. Why? For no reason. Then son of the owner after receiving the money on his bank account just ignored us and didn't want to send them to us. Many times he didn't pick up the call and said to security that he can not talk to us coz he is tired and resting. Finally he said over phone that he reseived money but he will return it after couple of weeks. What right he has to keep our money in his account? Then we had to go to police and write statement against them. At police station policeman told us that they know this owners coz it's not the first complaine about money scam they have against them. Only after police came owner returned the money BUT not all money. He decided to keep for him 140 $. For no reason. When we were leaving, they had the conscience to hold the deposit as well and not give it to us creating different reasons. As a result, after the conflict, they returned part of the deposit. We also demanded back the $140 that was illegally taken. But these people (father and son), with great difficulty, returned only $40 and 100$ they kept for them. He and his father are very cheap people. Who are ready to lose their reputation for any money. His father served in the army, they kept repeating this. But he should be ashamed that he is so greedy and uneducated with a lack of professional ethics. We have all the evidence - bank statements/video, which I can provide if necessary. They are just scammers who scam tourists. Also, the room was terribly dirty, everything was old, rotten and broken, definitely not worth the money. I travel a lot, but this is the first time I have encountered such open fraud. Don't stay at this hotel!!!

I stayed here for my business trip. One of the very secure and safe place to live in Dhaka. Its located in DOHS,Baridhara which is guarded by army officers round the clock. Parking is not available here. Rooms are preety big and enough space for atleast 3 people. Kitchen is also having enough things so that you can cook by your own. Food service is also available and it tastes good but its too costly. Service was something that we have to ask them in advance. they will not going to do room service everyday. Staff members only understand their local language which is Bangali. They should be trained to atleast understand English which will be helpful as their are more foreigners who visit here often. Wifi sometimes doesn't work. Even though it provides gymnasium and Swimming pool in amenities its not there(to me its not that of a deal). Laundry is something they didn't provide even though it was mentioned earlier. I have to do laundry stuff by other ways. Overall I would say its good place to stay with many things can be improved.
