One of the best thalassemia care centers in the country! 🇧🇩 If you want to donate blood 🩸 or need to collect blood for a patient, this is the right place. They have an excellent system where you can receive blood by donating any group in exchange. They also provide admission and comprehensive care for thalassemia patients. 🏥 As a volunteer here, I can confidently say the team is doing an incredible job providing support to everyone. 🙌✨ 📍 Location Tip: It's located near Mouchak Market—take a left turn from there and head straight toward Malibagh Mor. 🚶♂️🚗 Highly recommended for their noble service! 🙏

I visited two weeks ago, they are doing a great job indeed for the Thalassemia patients. It's a bit busy on weekends. Need more space for the patients. There is no ramp or lift for ♿ wheelchair users.

I came here for my 5th blood donation. Their hospitality was good enough. As a blood donor, you have to fill up a form. By this time they will ensure your health condition. Then they will provide some water to drink. After blood donation, you will be given a gratitude meal. Also one 'Blood Donor Card' was provided to me which contains donor details, donation history & "Every blood donor is a hero" in writing. So, please donate to save others' life.

Bangladesh Thalassemia Foundation (BTF) stands as a nonprofit entity with an unwavering commitment to aid and uplift individuals grappling with thalassemia. Its inception in 2002 traced back to a compassionate collective comprising thalassemia patients, their families, and dedicated volunteers. Originally conceived as a support group, BTF has since evolved, extending its scope to encompass patient management and the promotion of thalassemia awareness. The organization bears the official registration under the aegis of the Ministry of Social Welfare and has been an active constituent of the Thalassemia International Federation (TIF) since the year 2003.
At the heart of this foundation lies a profound aspiration: to enhance the quality of life for individuals burdened by thalassemia through the provision of appropriate treatment and steadfast support. BTF fosters robust partnerships with the medical community in Bangladesh, which includes esteemed professionals such as pediatricians and hematologists.
