Since its establishment in 2001, Bangladesh University (BU) has been dedicated to providing high-quality higher education at an affordable rate, particularly for those from financially disadvantaged backgrounds. Under the Private University Act of 1992, BU has received approval from the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. The university maintains a close relationship with the University Grants Commission (UGC) and collaborates with various institutions in America, Britain, the Netherlands, and elsewhere around the world in pursuit of its noble vision and mission since its inception in 2001. Bangladesh University remains committed to achieving excellence in educating the youth of Bangladesh.
