This is very annoying and frustrating site. Their employees are very bad. They talk nonsense. They pressure you to pay money. They don't talk to girls with respect. When the ID is old, they behave badly and talk like this. Very bad experience. Their customer service people behave very badly when calling. Very unprofessional.

The app is extremely frustrating, and the telecom sales representatives or helpline staff are completely unprofessional and lack basic customer service skills. It's disappointing that they don't know how to communicate properly with premium package holders. The service is shockingly subpar and needs significant improvement.

There is always under validation, it says it will take 2 or 3 hours for verification. But 3 days already passed. I think it will never ending under validation 🤠. Please let me know if your employee still at the vacation
