Excellent facility. Great space for residential workshop, friendly and helpful service, and food was decent and adequate. I really enjoyed my stay during a training programme here, and highly recommend it.

Went there during Christmas Holiday period last year with family. The hotel staff did not tell me prior to booking that the majority of the place was booked for a Wedding program of a so called VIP, if they did -I would not have availed their service at that time..This is because they did not allow me lunch nor dinner at the cafe or dining space for sit in.. I could not even enjoy a cup of coffee at night on the cafe room..Every thing had to be taken inside room ..Due to abundance of people we could not roam around freely at the vicinity after arriving .. The staff ( including the raspy voice receptionist) were overwhelmed with Wedding party and was uninterested to answer any questions..There was no welcome fruit basket given on our arrival nor there was any Coffee satchets in room..I was baffled to hear they could not give" 5 taka worth coffee satchets" because they claimed stock is out for a while! I am definitely never coming here...

I went there for quarter meeting and a training from BRAC Migration. Room was well decorate, maintained cleanliness, and food quality was fine.

The venue is suitable for corporate events, but there’s room for improvement. The food quality could be better, and the location is quite far from Dhaka city. Surprisingly, despite the large area, there’s no designated prayer room for Muslims.
