Very disappointing service. I subscribed to a 90 Mbps broadband plan from Broadband 360, but the actual experience has been far from reliable. The internet speed is consistently low, and I face downtime almost every day. What's worse is their customer support — whenever I report an issue, they take 3 days or more to respond and fix it. This kind of delay is unacceptable for anyone who depends on stable internet for work or daily life. Definitely not worth the money. I do not recommend Broadband 360.

We have a business internet, and their response is very unprofessional. They repeatedly claimed to be fixing the issue, but they never took any action. In the evening, they said they would send someone tomorrow. I don't understand what kind of priority they give to the business internet office. But now I know that I will have to switch to a different ISP as soon as possible.

NEVER buy this internet service provider. They have late and bad customer service. Most of the time that I have issues, they don't even fix it. Explanation: This is probably the worst ISP I have ever used in my life. Never buy this ISP. I pay 2190 taka for it, and half of the time, the customer service hotline does not pick up. When they do pick up, the employees have no manners, no Salam, no greetings. Whenever I explain to them my issue, they tell me that “Amra amader team ke inform korchi” suggesting that they will inform their team about the issue. In the end, they dont fix it. My internet was practically gone yesterday, and they fixed it in the morning today, and now, as I write this review, its gone again. Never buy this internet service.

Been using for a year. Best ISP I've used till now. Speed is always stable and fast. Almost never buffered watching 4K YouTube videos. Very good for gaming, because of stable ping. Almost never faced any connection drop except fiber cuts. Their team was quick to respond. Customer service is truly helpful. Never had to call them twice. Even email responses were pretty quick. Highly recommended.

These services encompass Nationwide Internet Service, Data Communication Service, IP Telephony Service, and Vehicle Tracking System. The company has also obtained a coveted ISP license from BTRC.
Over time, BDCOM has garnered a strong reputation for its proficiency in developing 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz extended range solutions. These solutions form the backbone of their offerings, which include Layer 2 & Layer 3 connectivity, wireless services for IP VPN Wide Area Network (WAN), Internet access, and VLANs (Virtual LANs).
