I went to advocate Sharmin for legal advice. She sat down with us and talked for about 1 to 2 hours only to ease the pain of the victim. She gave a better psychotherapy than any psychologist. She was not commercial at all. I felt like as if I was talking with an angel sent by Allah to encourage the victim to live the life to the fullest and not to commit suicide. I never thought advocates of Bangladesh could be this much pure hearted. She even gave the victim her own book on how to live a life. That book was costly, I could tell. Who on earth behaves like a guardian angel now a days. She even didn't take any consultation fees! As if an elder sister or a guardian was trying to heal the wounds of a tortured soul and talk that soul out of the misery. I will never forget this day! I and the victim cried in front of her! That crying brought the inner pain out on the surface. I wonder, what level Bangladesh would have achieved in the world, if every advocate would have been just like her. May Allah bless this beautiful soul with best of the rizqs, good health, peace, success and honour in both on earth and in the hereafter!
