I had an absolutely flawless experience at this hotel! Everything was top-notch and truly lived up to the 5-star standard. ​The rooms were incredibly luxurious, spacious, and spotlessly clean with premium amenities. Every single staff member was professional, warm, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The food was exceptional with a fantastic variety, and the overall ambiance was pure luxury. ​Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect, luxury getaway. Will definitely return!

Located in the center of kolatoli mor. A beautiful architecture associated building which must attract you first. The big reception and waiting area will make you refreshed during the check in time. The stuffs are cordial and rooms are separated by living and drwing room. The swimming pool area is in the 12th floor from where you can view the beach. The buffet was good though the holiday time buffet was less variant than the working day buffet. Finally its a family based hotel where every member can enjoy the stay here. Recommended

The rooms are spacious and clean, with a living room area that feels welcoming,open and well‑designed. I appreciated the veranda/balcony, which added a relaxing touch to the stay. However, some room details felt incomplete: the phone didn’t work, the fridge area was locked (which was unusual), and there was no lamp, artwork, or decorative items to make the space feel homier. While the living room had a sofa set, the bedroom lacked one, and a dressing mirror with a table in front would have been very useful. More sockets are also needed for convenience. The washroom was clean, but warm water was delayed or sometimes unavailable, which was a drawback. Dining was mixed—the food looked good and tasted okay, but it didn’t match the quality of other services. On the positive side, pool timing was excellent and highly appreciated, with a great pool view. The 12th‑floor fine dining area stood out as a highlight, beautifully decorated with daylight and architectural elements, making it ideal for both dining and corporate events. Service was polite but not as dedicated as I’ve experienced at other hotels like Sayeman or Ramada, where staff go out of their way to assist. Here, room service wasn’t consistent—some colleagues’ rooms weren’t cleaned even by 3 PM on a non‑busy day. Reception service was prompt, parking and the front area were impressive, though the lift was slow during daytime rush hours. The best part of the stay was the cultural touch: Kawali and folk song performances in the reception area from 8–9 PM, which created a memorable atmosphere. Overall, Best Western Cox’s Bazar offers clean rooms, good facilities, and enjoyable cultural experiences, but with improvements in staff dedication, room amenities, and food quality, it could elevate itself to a truly outstanding destination.

Best Western Heritage If you’re considering Best Western Heritage for a family or leisure trip in Cox’s Bazar, overall it is considered one of the better mid-to-upper range hotels in the Kolatoli area. What guests usually like Very convenient location near Kolatoli beach; many reviews mention it’s only a short walking distance to the sea. Spacious rooms, especially family and sea-view rooms.
