I’m not happy with their service. The staff Rumi gave false promises, just to get payment from me. The matchmaker, Selim, does not communicate very well. Even though they did not do good service for me they expect me to give them bonus pay, even though I’m not their manager. They need to improve their values as an agency n work on their professionalism.
