I am a regular business user of bKash. My account has been restricted solely based on a one-sided complaint without any GD, court order, or valid evidence, which is completely unreasonable and against fair customer service practices. The complainant has failed to provide any proof till now. Despite that, my business transactions are being blocked and I am suffering financial losses. Your published terms and conditions do not clearly state that a customer account can be restricted indefinitely based only on an allegation without proper evidence. I clearly state that if this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be compelled to file an official complaint to Bangladesh Bank, take legal action, and publicly expose the entire matter on social media platforms. Such one-sided actions are deeply concerning for a financial institution and seriously damage customer trust. Consider this message as my final warning before taking further action.

Its a very nice architecture with plenty of sunlight getting through. The building 's lighting system runs on motion sensor, i.e. once movement is detected, the lights turn on automatically, otherwise they remain turned off. This helps to save a great deal of electricity. All the meeting rooms of bKash are named after different birds of Bangladesh. The tables have glass tops which can be easily used for writing with markers. All in all, its a nice corporate house.

You can't do anything when Bkash let their partners to steal money from your account. Bkash let Foodpanda to steal 599 taka from my account without my knowledge (I did enable direct charge almost 2 years ago and I don't use Foodpanda anymore). Bkash won't do anything, even after countless email and voice support. You can't trust your money with Bkash.

In the contemporary landscape, bKash has risen to prominence as one of the foremost Mobile Financial Service Providers on a global scale. Its inception took root in 2010, initiated as a collaborative endeavor involving BRAC Bank Limited of Bangladesh and Money in Motion LLC hailing from the United States.
