I ordered a book but it was not available. This was not indicated in their website. They rang me to tell but said I must other products. I wanted a tefund. I told them so. Only after insisting the sales lady (Nahar, I think) said it will take 10 days. I requested an earlier refund she said this was not possible under company policy. I have sent message on WhatsApp and Messenger but there is no response. I am now wondering whether I will get the refund at all. I will wait for 10 days after that I will have to see what action I can take.

I've ordered book from their website and already paid the bill by online and they even called me via phone for confirmation. And gave me a date for product arrival. Got massage from them with product no. But after few days later I got a massage that the order was cancelled and I don't even get my refund back. Totally waste of money, effort and time. Definitely not recommend.

I've ordered books from them a couple of times so far and got those in fine condition. The second delivery took more time than expected but they maintained a clear communication. Would recommend!

Didn’t give the money back when I wanted to exchange the product too with 5 mins after billing! The shopkeeper is really mannerless and rude! This is not my first experience with him. He is so famous between us as the mannerless shopkeeper! He should be fired as soon as possible or this isnt working!

Delevary system very very bad. In Tracking system you cannot know where is your product. I donot get my book last 8 working day inside dhaka city. Rokomary is 100 times best than Boibazar.
