Dr. Tanveer Ahmed

Nice place for official or family gatherings. Ample facilities for recreation, entertainment and activities. Big auditorium (600) and conference rooms (100), huge restaurants of 250 seats and deluxe rooms for night-stay (150). Some other restaurants and other open playgrounds. Good parking with fair supporting staffs. Downside: front desk staff require more motivation, training and behavioural upgrading. They will get 1.5/5 rating.

Alimul Faisal

Good place for training or conference type of activities. I don’t think this is really for family holidays. Their swimming pool is really deep, also have other facilities for team building activities. Rooms are well decorated and clean. AC is little bit old, but will serve the purpose. Food quality and service is good. But I like 2 things the most. Firstly having the underground parking, despite various open parking space. And having Akash DTH connection in TVs.

Ahmed Kabir Fuad

Great place to spend weekend or holidays to get rid of monotonous city life. The scenic beauty of this place is very nice, beautifully decorated. All facilities like spacious car parking, big dining rooms, gymnasium, swimming pool, auditorium, seminar hall, playground for both adults and children etc. are available here.

Shanzida Shanu

We went there for business seminar. The scenario (greenery) and environment was great. We found Brac CDM very safe. It was well decorated hall with huge space.Taste of Food was pretty good. Its a kids friendly zone. A lake enhances the beauty of CDM. Boating facility is also available here.

Hasibur Rashid Chayon

Very good place for any kind of office meeting, seminar or conference. Nice area with lake fields and gardens. You can do boating cycling playing outdoor games.
