Their product quality is good, which is why I purchased online from them. However, when I went there to exchange the items due to size mismatch, their salesman made a fuss about me going to the outlet to exchange since I had purchased online. A salesman can make or break a business. With this attitude towards online customers, they are not only discouraging online purchases but also making it hard for us to go back to their outlet too.

Good brand in the clothing section. But I faced a stock size/Availablity problem for a particular product.

Their products are so nice and comfortable but It's higher pricing for a middle class family. You can purchase from there for your best choice

Cats eyes used to be my fav. But not any more. There are lot of other brands out their who offers better products with better price value. I could give it a 2 star but again, i have so much memories with cats eye shirts.. So.. Its a 3 star.
