The location maybe good but the picture doesn't resemble the hotel, the hotel is far worse than expected. It is a maximum 2 star hotel.

I really liked my stay at this hotel – overall, it was a good experience. The receptionist, Mr. Siyam, was very kind and welcoming. He allowed me an early check-in and even upgraded my room, which I really appreciated. The bellboy, Robiul, was also very friendly and helped carry my bag to the room. The restaurant staff were also pleasant and attentive. I stayed in room 1610 – the bed was very comfortable, and although the bedsheets were a bit old, they were clean. The gym was surprisingly good – better than I expected. I didn’t try the spa, but the setup looked cozy and inviting. The breakfast items were okay, though a bit spicy for me. Still, there was a good variety and the service was nice. A few things could be improved: – There was no mini fridge in the room. – The toilet was only slightly clean – housekeeping should pay more attention to it. – The TV remote was not working. If they can improve these small issues, the hotel will be even better. Overall, I had a nice stay and appreciate the staff’s hospitality.

Rooms are spacious having all basic amenities. Staff & executives are all well mannered & very helpful serving with smile. But house keeping needs to be improved. Rooms need proper dusting & corridors need to be kept clean. Washroom fittings need better maintenance. Also should have an arrangement for car rental. Buffet breakfast menu needs improvement in respect of varieties & food needs to be kept hot. Having stayed for almost 24 nights had a good experience. Will definitely come back. Special mention for all staff.👍👍
