Yesterday, I had a medicine order around close to 3000.00 BDT; they took four hours to deliver. It was scheduled for 4 to 6 pm; they showed up after 8 pm. I was very disappointed at their service. My recommendations: buy with cash only. Do not use a credit card or Bkash payment in advance. ------------- They made another error this time. I ordered medicine. My order came in two items short, and I was charged for it without even my knowledge. They never informed me in advance that the order was short. Make sure you check your items once received. Always.

Trademark of chaldal.com. always rotten foods. Haven't changed in years. So, if you want fresh produce this is not the place.

Fraud online organisation. My mother ordered Kaatari bhog chaal which is a premium quality chaal from dinajpur. They gave us shit donno what chaal is this. Smells like paijam or so charged for kataribhog. Avoid this fraud online grocery at all cost. Dont waste your money.

Until today I was a regular customer of Chaldal. They have a 24 hour perishable replacement policy. It is not possible to check every product when receiving the delivery. Sometimes they go directly to the refrigerator. I complained today after approximately 60 hours or so regarding rotten capsicums. 2/3 capsicums ordered were rotten. They were not ready to replace it. Every 1/3 deliveries come with rotten/damaged perishables. Am I supposed to quality check your products every single time because you have a 24 hours replacement policy? Then what is the point of quick commerce. I'll just go the bazaar from now on.
