I wish they could leave the country anytime soon. Bad products is the main feature, second best feature is to do cheap and dirty telemarketing. I requested them to remove my number from their Data base, they keep calling me as if I am their in laws Father.

Ordered 5 chicken's from chaldal & they delivered on 19th April. Put 'em straight to my fridge & today on 21st I intend to cook 'em. Found out they got very bad smell on it & I'm sure they are rotten. Called chaldal's help line & they said as per their policy the time for perishable product is up. What the hell !!!!!!!!!! Had an order pending with them & I canceled immediately. Not buying anything from them ever.

I have ordered a few times from Chaldal in the current month and my experience was horrible! Here's why: 1. They deliver you rotten food. They delivered me fish which was half spoiled, even their vegetables aren't fresh. 2. Every time they are one or two hours late. Why do you make promises which you can't keep? 3. They don't even provide a polythene or a paper bag. I mean, come on, roadside shops provide bags why can't you? 4. Every time there's a product missing from the list. Can't you update the cart before ordering? Worst service ever!
