Hospitals are public service–oriented institutions, so patient care and service should always be the top priority. Sadly, it feels like this place is becoming more commercially focused day by day rather than truly service-driven. However, they do have a few good doctors who regularly see patients here, which is a positive aspect. I hope the management will refocus more on quality care and patient well-being in the future.

Unprofessional behaviour most of the employees, there no compaints desk. Chevron employees are like magistrate. they are not customers handling they all are ordering as boss. I'm a client of Chevron since 2005 day day service should be more and more improve. On the website some numbers are switch off some of busy then how people I'll get appointment?? Please provide as best service expense no Matter at all. Why we need to visit Singapore / Thailand or india. I know most of doctors are visited abroad then please get the Ideas from there.

Its a popular diagnostic centre in Chittagong. Most of renowned doctors are available here. Local and international doctors are also you can find from here. They are maintain quality service and skilled workers are efficient to testify any reports. Price are reasonably quite high because of quality service and experienced doctors. Building is a safe and clean with well decorated. Fully central air condition controlled.

Technologically advance testing lab.. Doctors prefer their report..forgot to mention this is a clinical testing lab..clean environment but the most busiest lab in Chittagong... Also you can take appointment of specialist doctor as per your required.. Staffs are well trained.

The behavior of the information desk employees was highly unprofessional. They lacked basic knowledge regarding doctor information and repeatedly directed patients and attendants from one desk to another without proper assistance. The overall service experience was extremely disappointing and reflects poor service standards.
