Generally, I am satisfied with their food but giving one star because of the customer experience they gave me this evening. I went there to buy a birthday cake when I was buying I saw a fresh supply of cakes just arrived and I requested to give me one from the freshly baked cakes. At 1st the sales boy said those are only for tomorrow, then again he said that those are for corporate order. It was obvious that those are for sale and it was not a big deal to handover a fresh one to me. One senior guy was also there, who showed he cared but eventually he did not. Anyway, I was fasting and tried to keep calm. However, I will be thinking twice before going to cooper's next time. @Cooper's, pls teach your employees how to earn customer satisfaction before it hits back your business.

Cooper's Bakery is decorated with the cake of different taste and flavor. Chocolate cake is very popular. The quality of cake is very good but price is high. Overall environment is very neat and clean. The service is also good. But the price of the cake is comparatively high.
