It was really truly a great experience staying in this hotel. I booked a hotel room with Expedia but they upgraded my deluxe room to a suite. The hotel is in a quiet area by the lake with no city noise. The staff are respectful and friendly. Though there are not many options for food to choose from they have decent dining options. Breakfast was included into my room price and I liked every set and they have variety. They have swimming pool and it’s free if you are staying in the hotel.

Coventina lake suites is a great option for a service apartment. Everything was fine including their service and amenities. They have a very good senior manager in Mr.Joy who was helpful throughout our stay.

The place has serious black mould issue. There is mould hidden behind the wall paper and in the vents. A few minutes inside the room will give you a headache. I booked for two nights, only stayed one night and they did not give me the refund for the second night. Service was otherwise good, staff was friendly and place looked cleaned. If you have a mould allergy, stay away from this place. Rates were cheap too, that’s why I can’t give it a one star.

The staff are fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. The room is a bit basic but has a balcony overlooking the lake. Value for money is very good. Yet to visit the gym or the pool.
