I am a repeated guest at Crown Residents Palace, and every stay has been a wonderful experience. The hotel is clean, secure, and very well maintained. The staff are exceptionally polite, professional, and always ready to help, making guests feel comfortable and valued. Although the room rates may seem a little higher at first, the quality of service, cleanliness, security, and overall guest experience fully justify . Crown Residents Palace consistently delivers excellent hospitality and a comfortable stay. 100% Recommended! Looking forward to staying here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My name is Thamil from India , I am currently staying at Crown Palace Residence-House 36 Road-7, Dhaka 1230. from April 14th and will continue my stay until April 27th. Overall, my experience has been very pleasant. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the staff members are always polite, helpful, and welcoming. During my stay, there was a small issue regarding breakfast service. I had requested breakfast to be served at 7:30 AM since I need to leave for work by 8:00 AM, with a factory travel time of around three hours. On the first day, breakfast was not served even until 8:15 AM, and on the following days it was delivered around 8:00 AM, which unfortunately I could not take because my car was already waiting outside. After I raised the concern through my local colleague, the hotel management responded very quickly and professionally. They sincerely apologized and sent a thoughtful fruit basket along with an apology letter, which I truly appreciated. What impressed me most was their genuine effort to correct the situation and ensure guest satisfaction. Their response clearly reflected strong customer care, professionalism, and respect for their guests. Thank you Sir Mr.Abdul Kader Zilani and to the entire team for handling the matter with kindness and responsibility. I truly appreciate your hospitality and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

I have been there, they are very professional. Their hospitality is too good. I don't know the guy name, who had smily face, I like your behaviour. I think every receptionist or manager should keep a smily face, which is good impression on every business. The staff behaviour was also good.Moreover,location is good, I loved it. In my opinion, the Crown Palace Residence is worth it.

It was nice experience staying at Crown Palace Residence hotel. It is situated at the prime location of Uttara. The rooms are good enough to stay with comfort. However, some renovation is required to make it perfect value for money. The hospitality of the staffs was amazing. Even the owner was so friendly and cordial. I loved their food a lot. The taste was really awesome. I wish that they will keep continue serving their customers with such care.

It was a great and mesmerizing experience in staying at Crown Palace. The room space was good enough. However, what I like most is their service; it was top notch. The location is near to Airport and other malls in Uttar, Dhaka. Metro Station was quite nearby. Overall very good experience. I recommend this hotel.
