Crowne Plaza has consistently been my preferred choice whenever I host guests from outside Bangladesh. Their hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail give me complete confidence that my guests will be well taken care of. I also attended all three Thursday Night Laughter Shows, and each one was an excellent experience. The performances were engaging, the atmosphere was vibrant, and the overall experience was outstanding. A great combination of classy hospitality and well organised entertainment. Highly recommended.

A Fantastic Eid Experience at Crowne Plaza! Visited Crowne Plaza Dhaka Gulshan during this Eid and had an absolutely wonderful time. The rooftop ambiance is stunning, offering a sophisticated yet relaxing vibe that is perfect for taking great photos. We ordered the fish and chips, popcorn chicken, and a beautifully presented kebab platter—everything was delicious, fresh, and well-portioned. The service was top-notch and professional. It’s the perfect premium spot in Gulshan to hang out with friends or family. Highly recommended! 🫰🏻

The hotel is very nice compared to any hotels nearby in the same range. Staff service is the key point here. They really shines. They have 2 buildings 1 is at Gulshan 2 circle and another is called residence which is just one alley behind. Residence building is very quiet and cozy and overall gives you a serene vibe. Really loved my stay here. Last but not least the gym... Top notch equipments. They have 2 gym, 2 swimming pool and also steam, sauna. Really would love to come back here for my next stay.

Had a wonderful experience at Crowne Plaza. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The food was delicious with plenty of options, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable hotel experience.

Calling Dhaka crowded is a massive understatement. It’s a busy city, filled with tireless people going about their business. The Crowne Plaza is an oasis of peace and mindfulness amidst it all. There is no better way to start a busy day than by going up to the 24th floor and enjoying a breakfast that leaves nothing to be desired. I have to give a special shoutout to the manager, Isha. Every day I walked through the doors, I was greeted with a genuinely warm and welcoming smile. Despite the restaurant being quite busy at all times, Isha runs the floor with complete professionalism. You can tell she truly cares about the guests and her staff. She often personally checked on my table to ensure everything was perfect. It’s rare to see a manager who so perfectly balances a friendly, personable demeanor with flawless, high-level service. My interactions with her really set my mood for the day. I will definitely be coming back.
