দুই দিন আগে আমি Daraz থেকে একটি ট্রিমার অর্ডার করি, বিশেষ ডিসকাউন্ট অফারে। কিন্তু কোনো কারণ ছাড়াই সেলার আমার অর্ডারটি বাতিল করে দেয়। আমি এ ধরনের সমস্যা অনেকবার ভোগ করেছি। মাঝে মাঝে অফারগুলো ফেক মনে হয়-কোনো গ্রাহক আসলেই অর্ডার করতে পারবে কিনা বা অর্ডার ডেলিভারি হবে কিনা, তা নিশ্চিত নয়। আমি কয়েকবার এমন অর্ডার করেছি, সেলার আমার অর্ডার অকারণ বাতিল করেছে। আশা করি Daraz এই সমস্যার সমাধান করবে।

দারাজ এর সেলার এর বাড়লেও প্রোডাক্ট এর মান ভালো থেকে খারাপের দিয়ে যাচ্ছে। একটা পোর্টেবল ভ্যেকুউম ক্লিনার অডার করে ফিরত দিতে হল, কারণ কাজ করে না। রিভিউ দেখে কিনেও খারাপ প্রোডাক্ট দিল।

Daraz is one of the major e-commerce websites in Bangladesh. They offer a lot of products in different categories, from clothes to gadgets, medicine to groceries, and so on. Their website and app are also user-friendly, so people of all ages can use them. But there are some problems on their business . One of them is the quality of the product . If you buy from Daraz Mall, the product often comes out the best, but when you purchase from a local vendor, sometimes they give medium-quality products. and one more major problem is their delivery time. Sometimes it takes a huge amount of time to deliver the product, and that's quite frustrating for people as they order according to their needs.

Their service quality has dropped too low to be bearable. Time taken to deliver products is insane, specially if you compare with contemporary platforms. Moreover, their customer service is becoming hard to reach day by day. They are spending millions in marketing but no sincere attempt can be seen to improve service quality, product quality, strict rules for seller etc. I was a regular customer, now I give up..I have uninstalled the app, you also do the same and save your time.

Order no. 614983367203144 and showing products but delivered products not same. Please take necessary action other wise many products are ready for delivery from your end it’s may be refused from my end.

Delivery time was 2-8 April today is 27th April they sent out for the product to deliver. Delivery person called and I picked up on the second ring just for him to disconnect the call. Then I called for like 10 times he did not pick any of those. This continued for 2 consecutive days. Delivery status says unsuccessful attempt. Tried to communicate with the helpline services just to get aware with the fact they have discontinued it. The conclusion is Daraz is a SCAM please do not fall for it.

I don’t know which company’s delivery service they use, but they should ensure that their delivery personnel carry small change, such as 100 or 50 taka. It’s surprising how a company like Daraz cannot uphold such a basic responsibility.

I had a delivery recently from Daraz for a birthday. It supposed to be delivered by 24th February, 2024. There were no responses from Daraz until Feb 28th. One delivery guy called and asked for the location. Then there were no further calls on that day. We tried to call him, it was ringing sometimes but never received. We called him around 100 times. there were no response. We tried to connect call center, no services were available. They updated that delivery attempt failed. Next day, it was the same. There were no calls. We called the delivery man throughout the day, never picked up. We sent messages to the vendor and he was asking why we were not receiving it without understanding our situation. We tried to connect call center, it was not receiving any calls, was not available. It was really disappointing and frustrating. They updated the status that delivery attempt failed again. It seemed like there was no control of Daraz on these delivery persons. Where are the services? During the weekend, we waited for the gift, but never received any call. Daraz later cancelled the delivery and updated the status that delivery attempt failed due to wrong address. Absolutely ridiculous. I never saw such an idiotic delivery experience in my life. Without even making a call to the buyer to check what is going on, they just closed it.
