Hi, service & location wise this hotel is perfect, specially team member Mr Talha & Rakib who always tried their best to connect with guest to serve them in better way. Impressed with these 2 guy for their servic & Behaviour. Additionally food was ok ok considering Indian taste, yellow dal was perfectly same as Indian taste. Thanku you.

I stayed at this hotel recently. The overall environment was good, but I felt the staff’s behavior could be more professional. I believe with a bit more training in customer service, the experience for guests would improve a lot. I hope the management looks into this and makes the necessary improvements.

Room 311, Very fast time, i visit in day's hotel, its perfect for, me,, aand food was very fantastic,, and the service provaidor Super thank you for alll service man very spacialy,

The room initially given to me (311) had a foul smell in the bathroom and a dirty exhaust fan. They changed the room to 210 (and moved my luggage etc without my approval when I was away!) which was marginally better. The room and amenities are basic, but the linens and the towels were clean. Considering a small hotel, the breakfast spread was okay. The reception and the kitchen staff were exceptionally polite and helpful. The hotel is in a secured diplomatic zone, which also means that there were no shops or supermarket around. Overall, a mixed experience.
