This place situated heart of Gulshan area and a popular place to all. Their security system is superb and also they maintain a good and evergreen environment which is necessary for all. They have enough staffs and they provide quality service.

Corporate Head Office of Crown Cement PLC is situated in floor 3 and 6. Also has VFS Global, Dhaka (VISA liaison office for UK, USA, Canada, Australia as well as Schengen) in 4th flr. Some buying houses and branches of Exim, Pubali banks are also there.
