I’ve been taking service from them since 2012. From manually doing everything to upgrading to digital system, I’ve seen all. My only complaint which was 10 years back and is still now, they are not punctual. Staff behaviour service everything good but they can not maintain time properly. In the evening time during Dr Harun sir’s appointment, it’s understandable because there’s too much rush. But during day time, even when there’s only one or two patients, they take forever to process. I hope dhaka eye care will look into this matter.
