I had an excellent stay here for 1 night. But as a 5 star hotel they must need to improve there services a little more. Whatever my experience was good overall and that's why I'm giving 5 star but I wish google should have a option of 4.5 star in near future.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Regency Hotel Dhaka's dinner buffet with my family and it was an exceptional experience with attentive staff who provided excellent service. The variety of dishes was truly impressive, offering a perfect blend of local flavors and international cuisine. Each dish was beautifully presented and tasted even better than it looked. It is a perfect place for a special occasion or just a delightful evening out. Highly recommended!

Had a wonderful stay at Dhaka Regency Hotel & Resort! The staff was attentive and friendly, the rooms were comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring the city. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommend!

There is no easy this hotel is remotely close to five star. Three star at best of I'm being generous. Rooms are large but dated. Carpets throughout the hotel and bathroom need a serious upgrade. There is no proper entry. You literally walk in from the sidewalk like entering a shop and suddenly you're in a hotel. Whoever heard this a five star clearly had never been in a proper five star establishment. The dining room is like a huge mess hall, lacking character and charm. The hotel windows haven't been cleaned for a while. Breakfast was mediocre. A fair amount of choices but nothing was great. No bacon and the beef substitute was anemic looking so I didn't try. Coffee is a bowl of nescafe instant (five star?) and make it yourself with a hot water kettle. Had an Indian lunch choice. Was good. Staff was friendly and attentive but some had very limited English language skills (five star?) It's close to the airport if that's your requirement. Overall it's OK but on a three star level at best.
