Stayed there for 2 nights, beautiful resort area. Rooms are good, but the beds are worse. Super hard beds, couldn't sleep for the whole night. Food taste was average but high price. Service was good. Need to improve the food quality.

Grand with a lot of amenities! Executive rooms with swimming pool access from the balcony is definitely a great perk. But one may question how well such a huge pool area is managed! Breakfast could be better, in fact overall service quality has a lot of room for improvement. The owned has a focus on investing on modern outlook and amenities, which is great. An equal focus on service quality would make this a better place, and financially more viable.

Rezaul Hoque

The resort is close to Dhaka and the road is excellent. Room rent is quiet high considering the standard & service. Complementary buffet was below par and very few items.. disappointed at this price range. The Jacuzzi is out of order or inoperable... same for sauna or steam bath. There are coupon system for swim & buffet for room dwellers too, which is inappropriate. Housekeeping was good. Restaurant food is 3 times of the normal price. I liked the message chair though. Most of the gadgets in kids game zone r out of order or outdated. There is boating option but after waiting for half an hour, i didn't find anyone who can guide us or permit. Swimming pool is the largest but i think water changing is bit tough thus quiet less clean. It seems that the resort is swimming pool & events oriented and best for the whole day package users. I gave four star bcz of its outlook as a whole.

The place is still under construction and they charge quite high even to have the entry into the spot. It is easily accessible from the main road and suitable for group visit. There are a few rooms available to be rented within the spot but I'm not sure about the amenities so provided within. The place seems to have better prospect as a leisure or picnic spot provided that they maintain the standard of tidiness and hygiene. The parking lot (which is obviously under construction) is not adequate to accommodate heavy flow of visitors.

Sowad Hassan

The place is beautiful and the environment is good. But there are so many hidden charges. We went there on a day long package. Over the phone they said the package costs 1850 but on arrival they said we have to buy each segment differently. Plus they charged us for car parking also. They gave us only entry and swimming pool access from the reception. But they won't allow us to use their field for playing or anything. If you want to play, you have to rent the whole field. In the pool they didn't provide any towel or life jackets. Those were available but you have to pay additionally for them. Restaurant management is very poor. Their food availability was poor. Like they gave us only a few items of choice plus the 20 (10+10)%  vat and service charge. Overall the experience was bad.
