I opened two support tickets and waiting for 48 hours. The first one (Monday, 25th May 2026) is not resolved yet they have marked as 'Answered' which is a cheating with us. The 2nd ticket was submitted before 10 hours, but they did not reply yet. Their activities are a gross violation of consumer law. They treat their clients as their domestic servant. Never buy their hosting.

I had a great experience with them , there services are top notch, i had a issue with Facebook its not even link with them but they let me fix my issue through google meeting, i would definitely recommend diana host for hosting
