Dot Internet's service was a disappointment - slow speeds, frequent disconnections, and unfulfilled promises. I regret choosing them as my ISP and suggest looking elsewhere for a reliable internet connection.

They will scam with their prices and offers and then give you unusable service. They will not try to fix your issue, they will connect to your PC with AnyDesk and do random things, then say the connection is OK.

They provide relatively fast speed. I have been a customer for many years and for a time I was satisfied. But nowadays, whenever there is an issue, especially if it's widespread, they'll disconnect their call center or won't pick up any calls for hours. Moreover their connections drops almost daily but they can't even identify the issue. The service is so unreliable that when I had to get a second Internet connection (because of the size of our flat) I decided not to get Dot. If they do not change their ways soon, they will lose long term customers like me by the dozens.

Not up to the mark and they provide wrong word of mouth!! Don't actually provide the services they are suppose to provide.To them its actually always the fault of your wifi router.if this keeps going on it would be very tough for them to keep their customers.they should try to keep at least a bit consistency in terms of their services..

I deeply regret opting for Dot Net for my internet connection. Nothing about the service has met my expectations. From abysmal customer service to sluggish speeds and frequent disconnections, I am thoroughly disappointed. Working smoothly is nearly impossible, and even attempting to watch a video results in nothing but a frustrating white circle endlessly spinning. This is unequivocally the worst internet service provider I have ever experienced.

Using Gold+ (1050 BDT) subscription. Man the Results is so much better than Local networks available here. Customer Support is 💯🔥 Love the network!
