RYZENXXD OK

Most of the time at best mbps you will get is half of what you pay for.The customer service backup is horrendous not only that even the payment options don't work like sometimes the card option to pay the bill doesn't work. Also they start to call one week prior to the end date of service most of the time your forced to pay much earlier then you should hence not being able to use the whole months payment plan you have chosen and they don't even fix it, like extending the date to next month, the current month starts from the date of the payment you made so in short words they are scamming your ahh honestly all talk.Expected better from dot int.Also they have a habit of not picking up the customer call or their line being busy most of the time you call.So in short bad customer service,bad connection,false advertising and regular problem with their int shutting off i wish i could give zero starts but that's not a option.

Pathetic internet connection avoid even if you die.. internet speed always fluctuate. I bought 15 Mbps but sometimes it goes deep down to just 50-100 kbps. Whenever we try to complain they reply "apnar router e problem" I have used like 4-5 providers in my life it's simply the worst of them all

They never pick up the phone if I dial the customer care! Their service is trash. Somehow I had a phone number of one of their employee and I guess he is the descendant of nobab sirajuddaula. His attitude and ego is unmatched. Changing the ISP

I have been using Dot Internet for more than half a decade (5+ years), and suddenly they decided to take away my public IPv4 without informing me first. I’ve continued using their connection regardless, even though their internet speed is terrible during peak hours every single day. The amount of DDoS attacks they face from others is astronomical, which affects their users but I still kept my connection with them. Nowadays, the quality they were once known for has degraded to such a level that if they don’t provide bonus speeds during off-peak hours, their user base will shrink by more than 50%, no doubt about it. They’ve become so big that they no longer care about quality only expansion, without improving their internal systems. It’s really a shame. Anyway, goodbye Dot Internet. It was a good journey, but not anymore. And FYI, their shared IP plans are even worse. During peak hours, you can’t even browse smoothly gaming or any other sensitive tasks are out of the question.

if you want to waste your money then it would be a great option for you to buy service from dot internet. the Wi-Fi is so weak that sometimes it just goes off without nowhere.
