I went there for my hair fall problem. At first, they took a scalp test but the machine failed to take a single clear picture of the scalp. With this poor quality of scalp pictures, Dr. said very confidently that she understood my problems with her years of experience and suggested PRP but I denied it as I knew about this treatment. Then she gave me expensive medicines which I continued for 2months as per her instructions but got no improvement at all. Then I stopped and this causes more hair fall than before. Now I am nearly bald. I was far better before I take their medication. It creates dependency only. My friend also a victim of them. She took their PRP treatment and got no permanent result.

Very very rude, uncultured and bad behaved receptionists. Very bad service. Just don't go there if you don't want to waste money.

Trustworthy. I took laser treatment for chicken pox scars. One sitting was enough for me. Doctors were well-mannered and cordial.

Don't go just to a Brand & waste ur money!! Too much business oriented, less care for the patients... Once u start with Jhumu's treatment, u have to continue till death because of the their procedural treatment..
