I was there with family for two nights. Very poor service. Room quliry is good but no room service no attendent No complementary tea, coffee in the room Denied to serve food in the room Insufficient amities Have complete sea view No road access to the Hotel Poor complementary breakfast. Day -1 patatha with one egg and butter dal. Day-2 Egg khichuri

A very nice hotel in a great location. If you sit on the balcony of the two-story room, you will feel like you are sitting on the sea beach. I have not seen any other hotel in St. Martin where you can see the sea from such a close distance.In a word, an incredibly lovely hotel. The food in the hotel's restaurant is calling me again and again. When they fry the fresh fish from the sea, it feels like nectar.

Pros: This hotel has a great view from its rooms, if you are a fan of North Beach of Saint Martin, you should definitely give it a try. The room and washroom was quite clean when we arrived and the complementary breakfast was pretty good. Cons: More or less everything else. The room service is kinda non-existent. It doesn't feel like, 7k/night is worth it. Another thing about the room design, we took a room on the first floor. The view from the balcony was excellent, but the balcony was totally wasted because of the door's mechanism, you can only open 1/3rd of that door, and that part also is not at the side of the bed. So, when you go to bed, the balcony view doesn’t add any value at all. Also, for the same reason, the room's ventilation was really bad, it felt like a closed room even though we kept the balcony door open. The electricity and water supply comes and goes frequently. Also, all the door knobs and locks were really hard, maybe they haven't gone through any maintenance in years. Also, they would charge you for warming some water. 😓

It is really a great place for staying and enjoying the view of the sea. Because you can see everything from your balcony and the distance is not too long. And I loved how it was decorated I meant the room and the hotel. There was also a restaurant under the hotel for launch,dinner breakfast and the food was also good. And I stayed there for 1 day so I enjoyed it.
