DuSai Resort & Spa in Bangladesh is the first luxurious 5 star standard boutique Villa Resort & Spa nestled within a small tropical forest on hillocks dotted with thousands of trees and flanked by a 1000 feet long serpentine lake on the south and two large fish ponds on the north side, just beside the largest concentration of tea gardens in Moulvibazar about 200 km north-east of Dhaka. A perfect place for nature lovers looking for quite tranquility. A place of choice for couples and families. A secret and enchanting hideaway for honeymooners. An adventurous destination to explore the charms of the tea gardens and the largest rain forest in Bangladesh. A preferred destination for small corporate meetings and conferences. Giving 4* for their food serving system, while they serving set meal, the guests bound to order the same set of a particular room. One room, one set meal, whatever the number of guests are. We were 5, including my childs, bounded to order food in such system.

Rooms were good. Swimming pool was good. Side activities were average and do not justify there pricing. Specially kayaking lake was downright dirty. Not much to do inside. Service sometimes disappointing and staffs shown partiality in service.

We took their Full board package (meals included with room). We were quite happy with the overall experience. Location- The location of the resort is very convenient. 20 minutes far (by cng) from the sreemongol train station and the road is good. Room- We took the premium room with balcony. The room and balcony are big enough. The room was clean. Though the lighting system of the room can be improved. It was kind a dark and we had difficulty looking at the mirror 😔 Washroom was clean. It was not so big or not so small. Food- The food taste was delicious. Lunch, dinner and the buffet breakfast were good. But they could have included one soft drink option with their lunch and dinner meal package. But the price of the other food (which were not included in the package) were a bit high. Staff- The staffs were very professional and well mannered. The swimming pool sight was great. There were many recreational activities available in the resort. Like - cycling, kayaking, tennis, watching movie etc. But their spa service was not available. Overall we had a good time there. Although the price can be a bit low. I'm giving 4 stars because their light system of the room and spa service was not available.

We weren't sure what to expect as accoms can be hit and miss in Bangladesh, but were very pleased. The staff are the highlight - so respectful, welcoming and attentive. They accommodated all our needs and were very thoughtful.

This place is amazing for a good staycation, services are good but u have to ask for it. Security and ambience is really good, breakfast is amazing. All over its a good place for making holidays and also business trips.
