Dutch-Bangla Pack Ltd. (DBPL) is a joint venture between Bangladesh and the Netherlands, founded in 2007. Ownership is evenly split, with 50% held by local shareholders and the other 50% owned by LC Packaging International BV, a renowned global packaging solutions provider headquartered in the Netherlands. The Bangladeshi partners include four individual investors along with Sinobangla Industries Ltd., a long-standing production partner of LC Packaging in the country.

In response to the growing demand for its products, DBPL has emerged as the leading manufacturer of Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers (FIBCs) in Bangladesh. Commonly known as big bags, FIBCs are durable industrial containers made from flexible fabric, designed for storing and transporting dry, flowable materials such as sand, fertilizers, and plastic granules.
