Md Munir Hossen আমি ২৪ তারিখ e zone এ ভাইবা দেই। ওনারা আমাকে ২৭ তারিখ bkash এর office এ ভাইবা দেবার জন্য সিলেক্ট করেন। আমি সহ আমার কয়েকজন কলিগ ২৭ তারিখ এখানে যাই। ভাইবা বোর্ডে আমাকে জিজ্ঞেস করা হয় এই চাকরি কি আপনি করবেন কি না। আমি বললাম যোন কোনটা এনারা বলো বাগেরহাট অমুক আমি বললাম ওকে তখন তারা জানালো ৩ টার ভিতর কনফার্ম করা হবে আপনি রেডি থাকেন। ২য় আমার আরেকজন কলিগ কে তারা বল্লো আপনি কি এখানে কাজ করবেন। আমার কলিগ ও বল্লো জি স্যার করবো এখন আমরা তিনটা লোক বাগেরহাটের ২ টা লোকেশন এর জন্য হ্যাঁ বলি মেইন কথা হলো ৩ জনই খোজ নেই ৩ জোন কেই বলে যে এখনো কোনো নিয়োগ হয় নি হ্যান ত্যান আমি তো অতো জানতে চাই না। হইলে বলবেন হবে নাইলে হবে না। বাদায়ে রাখার কি আছে। কিন্তু এরা এমন ঘুড়াচ্ছে অন্যান্য চাকরির জন্য offer দিয়ে এমন Dhaka তে ডেকে হয়রানি করে। আমার সময় টাকা সবই নষ্ট।

Very disappointing interview experience at E-Zone HRM. The behavior of the interview panel felt arrogant, disrespectful, and highly unprofessional. Instead of creating a professional environment, candidates were made to feel uncomfortable and undervalued. An interview is meant to assess skills and suitability—not to insult or demean applicants. Management should seriously review how candidates are being treated, because such behavior damages the company’s reputation and workplace image. Strongly recommend improving professionalism, communication, and respect toward job seekers.
