I am using them for 4 years. Technical support was not much good. But they were good in service atleast. But in recent time, they are away from standard hosting service. Speed is rubish. I reported many times about my server speed, they only taking time regularly. Finally they are suggesting me to upgrade my plan to get better speed. I understood that, they are no longer giving their promised service to their existing customers. I am leaving them very shortly.

I have been using EBNHOST for almost 4 - 5 years and I am quiet happy with their services. Although all the hosting have some down time EBNHOST also does, but I never experience any down time from my end. And one last thing about the customer care & ticketing system. To my experience they were pretty fast and reliable. Thanks EBNHOST for providing such a good quality service from Bangladesh.

I have never seen such poor service and terrible customer service in my life. Fahim, their support agent, was in no way helpful and I had to figure it out all by myself. I will never recommend EBNhost service to anyone. They are also using a stupid system to made their payment.
