This Hotel situated in very good location. It is well secure & safe area. Hotel atmosphere is very good, specially decorations is very good. staff is also is very professional & frirndly. But it preety expensive hotel. Hotel restaurant is good but quite expensive. Specially the coffee shop is amazing. Here is a bad side no outside food is allowed. Here have a meeting or hall room here held many program. Hall room is quit big & fullfill of all kinds of amenities.

Great staff and location, but I question the hotel and its amenities. When we arrived late in the night, we were went to sleep and had multiple mosquitos in our room buzzing around and biting. It was a very difficult sleep, and the morning was rough tending to the aftermath. The breakfast was a hit or a miss with a lot of the items they had. The omelette was great, but everything else didn't come across as very appetizing. On our way out of Dhaka to our next destination a few days later, we booked at another hotel which was 4 star and were amazed at the difference in comparison with this one.
